Judith Lowe is a highly experienced, dedicated, and engaging teacher in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). With extensive experience across diverse professional fields in both public and private sectors, she delivers innovative, in-depth, and skills-based NLP training and coaching at every level. Judith is renowned for her warmth, wit, extensive reading, and commitment to providing advanced, systemic NLP to her students and clients.
Judith first encountered NLP through early books like *Frogs into Princes*, *Structure of Magic*, and *Reframing* while working at Battersea Arts Centre in the 1980s, where she taught women’s self-defense classes. Her involvement in the women’s self-defense movement and her pioneering work with the Inner London Education Authority in developing new approaches to women’s confidence and well-being were pivotal. She also served as the studio expert for the BBC series *Streetwise*.
The NLP models and language she discovered through these books helped Judith articulate and enhance the frameworks she was using in personal safety and confidence training, particularly the outcome-oriented communication models and techniques like reframing and anchoring.
Judith completed her NLP Practitioner Training with UKTC in 1988-1989 and her Master Practitioner Training with PACE in 1989-1990. Her early NLP training was guided by notable figures such as David Gordon, Gene Early, Robert Dilts, John Grinder, David Gaster, and Charlotte Bretto. She began teaching NLP courses in 1990 and earned her NLP Trainers Certificate from John Grinder in 1993-1994.
