Frank’s journey began 50 years ago when he and Richard Bandler were teaching Gestalt at a university in California. To bring more structure to the theories they were exploring, Frank invited John Grinder to collaborate. Together, they formalized the Meta Model, which later became known as NLP.
Frank’s focus eventually shifted to business consulting, where he worked with numerous companies, corporations, and state governments, dealing with real people in real situations.
In 2002, Frank founded the Pucelik Consulting Group, a company specializing in organizational development. In his psychological trainings, Frank brings a wealth of experience from his extensive background in psychology and psychotherapy. With over 25 years of academic and practical experience, he has developed a set of tools that he has honed to perfection, using them successfully as both a psychologist and a trainer.
Frank has been involved with PTSD issues since he left Santa Cruz in 1977. In the early 1980s, he taught NLP to Veteran Center Counselors in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and with their help, he systematized counseling programs for veterans and their families. Since then, Frank has counseled veterans from eight different wars, including World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the First and Second Iraq Wars, Afghanistan (US), Afghanistan (CIS), Chechnya (CIS), and now the Russian invasion of Ukraine. He is currently responsible for training counselors in Ukraine to work with veterans, their families, and displaced citizens.
Frank knows from experience that PTSD protocols are far more effective when the concepts, principles, and skill sets of NLP are skillfully applied.
