Brian Van der Horst - The World-Wide Association of NLP Coaching

An accomplished executive coach, trainer, and consultant, he has made significant contributions to the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). As a co-founder of both the NLP Institute for Advanced Studies in San Francisco and the NLP Institute in Paris, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the study and application of NLP on a global scale. 

His collaborative efforts in program design and production include working with prominent NLP figures such as John Grinder, Carmen Bostic, Robert Dilts, and Timothy Gallwey. These collaborations have led to the development of innovative NLP programs and methodologies that have influenced many practitioners and organizations worldwide. 

In addition to his work with these leading figures, he served as Chief Facilitator for Europe at Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute. In this role, he was responsible for guiding and supporting the implementation of Integral Theory across Europe, contributing to the integration of various perspectives in personal and professional development.

His specialization in NLP applications extends to business and intercultural communication, where he has utilized his expertise to address complex challenges and enhance organizational effectiveness. He has taught in numerous European MBA programs and for various international organizations, imparting his knowledge and skills to a diverse audience.
