To maintain the integrity of WANLPC-accredited organisations and to protect the consumers of NLP Coaching, WANLPC has implemented an Accreditation Complaint process.
All WANLPC-accredited trainers are required to adhere to strict Core Requirements and Criteria For Training. Through the Accreditation Complaint process, WANLPC reviews, investigates, and addresses alleged violations of the Core Requirements and Criteria For Training.
Please note that WANLPC will not handle:
● Workplace disputes that are not covered by the specific provisions of the Core Requirements and Criteria For Training.
● Copyright infringement or intellectual property claims
● Complaints based on dissatisfaction about prices, fees, refunds, or refund policies
● Strictly contractual or business-related disputes involving an WANLPC-accredited trainer that are not covered by the specific provisions or intent of the Core Requirements and Criteria For Training.
Complaints against accredited providers may only be filed by WANLPC Members or individuals currently affiliated with the WANLPC-accreditation provider in question. The complainant must provide proof of their relationship.
