Anju is a versatile human behavior professional with necessary skills, qualification, experience and exposure.She is a subject matter expert in Emotional Intelligence with a deep understanding of audience from varied demography. She has imparted behavioral trainings with focus on EI to people PAN India across the age group of 18-60 year, including DGR(Defence) .
She has the right forward and backward linkage to interpret and analyze human behavior with her journey as a Post Graduate in HR to Grievance Executive then being an HR & OB faculty, moving to doctorate in the field of EI and then obtaining necessary augmented certifications. Her forte is transcending powerful behaviors by effective usage of methodologies related to NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Profiling Assessment and Coaching.She has authored a book for coaches- The Emotionally Intelligent Coach.
