NLP Coach Practitioner Criteria and Requirement
The following minimum criteria and core requirements must be met by all NLP Coaching Professionals in order to be eligible for WANLPC Accreditation.

• Certification: Obtain proper training and certification in NLP coaching by a Certified NLP Coach Trainer or NLP Coach Master Trainer. Minimum of 120 hours of NLP learning including a mix of online, classroom, assignments, and peer practice required.
• Strong NLP Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of NLP principles, methodologies, and techniques is mandatory. This includes knowledge of includes knowledge of NLP presuppositions, calibration (sensory acuity), rapport building, pacing and leading, anchoring, reframing, Milton Model, Frames, Utilisation of frames in Coaching context, Well formed outcomes, Sub-Modalities, various NLP Coaching Models (Meta Model, SCORE, TimeLine Coaching), Perceptual Position, Meta Programs, Belief Change, Value Re-Alignments, Swish Pattern, Logical Levels of Changes, New Behaviour Generator, etc
• Additional Requirements: Observation skills, Feedback skills, Active Listening Skills, Effective Communication, Empathy and Rapport, Goal Setting, Flexibility and Adaptability, Ethical Conduct, Continuous Learning, and Business and Marketing Skills.

NLP Master Coach Practitioner Criteria and Requirement
The following minimum criteria and core requirements must be met by all NLP Coaching Professionals in order to be eligible for WANLPC Accreditation.

• Certification: Obtain proper training and certification in NLP coaching from a Certified NLP Coach Trainer or NLP Coach Master Trainer. Minimum of 240 hours of NLP learning including a mix of online, classroom, assignments, and peer practice required.
• Strong NLP Knowledge: Mastery of NLP Coach Practitioner skills and advanced techniques including Meta Programs, Advanced NLP Strategies: decoding streamlining, installations in coaching situations, coaching using metaphors, belief change (sub-modalities, walking belief change, conversational belief changes, Meta belief change), advanced Timeline interventions in coaching using metaphors, Modelling (Strategies, Logical Levels, Array Method, etc), Reimprinting, advanced anchoring utilizations (chaining anchors, collapsing anchors, stacking anchors) etc.
• Additional Requirements: Active Listening Skills, Effective Communication, Empathy and Rapport, Goal Setting, Flexibility and Adaptability, Ethical Conduct, Continuous Learning, and Business and Marketing Skills.

NLP Coach Trainer Criteria and Requirement
The following minimum criteria and core requirements must be met by all NLP Coaching Professionals in order to be eligible for WANLPC Accreditation.

• Certification: Obtain a minimum of 300 hours of advanced training, covering the Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and NLP Trainer Levels.
Modelling Project: Successful completion of a modelling project involving a minimum of three exemplars. This project must entail studying and replicating the skills or behaviors of individuals chosen as models.
• Trainer Supervision: Obtain a minimum of 120 hours of direct supervision with an NLP Master Trainer. This supervision must be focused on designing training sessions and co-facilitating them. Additionally, this requirement should also be fulfilled during the NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner level training.
• Training Feedback: Submit feedback of at least 2 training programs conducted after completing the NLP Trainer's Training. This feedback should demonstrate the effectiveness of the training delivered.
• Behavioural Competencies: Satisfactory demonstration of the following behavioral competencies is required:
• Competence in Practitioner and Master Practitioner Level skills.
• Proficiency in demonstrating NLP techniques accurately and without errors.
• Ability to establish participant rapport and maintain engagement throughout the training sessions.
• Skill in facilitating NLP training using experiential methods.
• Proficiency in advanced facilitation techniques, such as nested loops, metaphors, and nested techniques.
• Utilisation of frames to manage training content, time, and employ pre-frames, post-frames, and other framing techniques effectively.
• Treating participants with respect while aligning with the NLP presuppositions.
• Full presence and openness to real-time feedback, adapting training style as needed based on the progress and dynamics of the training program.
• Additional Requirements:
• ICF ACC level coach/Generative Coaching (Robert Dilts)/Meta Coach – ACMC level (Michael Hall), and mentoring completed at ICF PCC level
• A minimum of 500 hours of Coaching experience using NLP
• Understanding of standard based coaching (ICF, EMCC and others), and methodology-based coaching (Coaching using Neuroscience, Meta Coaching, Generative Coaching, Emotional Intelligence based Coaching, Positive Psychology

NLP Master Coach Trainer Criteria and Requirement
At the NLP Master Coach Trainer level, WANLPC offers two Credential application routes
Traditional Route:
The following requirements must be met by all NLP Coaching Professionals in order to be eligible for WANLPC Accreditation through traditional route:

• Direct training from esteemed co-founders and NLP co-developers such as Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Robert Dilts, Christina Hall, Leslie Bandler, Judith Delozier, David Gordon, Tad James, Michael Hall, Steve Andreas, Connirae Andreas and others.
• Endorsements by at least two NLP Master Trainers.
• At least 2500 hours of coaching experience using NLP.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of NLP.
• Attendance at Trainer's Training with NLP co-developers, co-founders, or other top NLP legacy trainers.
• Proof of having facilitated at least 50 NLP Practitioner programs and 10 Master Practitioner programs as an NLP Trainer in good standing.
• Endorsements by two NLP Master Trainers (Co-founders, co-developers, legacy NLP Master trainers)
• 2500 hours of NLP Coaching experience.
• ICF MCC level coach or working towards that, certified at ICF PCC/Meta Coach (PCMC level – Michael Hall)/Generative Coach (Robert Dilts), and mentoring completed at ICF MCC level
• Understanding of standard based coaching (ICF, EMCC and others), and methodology-based coaching (Coaching using Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence based Coaching, Group and Team Coaching)
• Demonstration of coach training skills to meet the NLP Master Trainer criteria by sharing a one-hour video presentation showcasing their NLP Coach training abilities. This will be reviewed by our review board.
• Review of the applicant by our ethics, and standards team for any business compliance issues.

• Facilitation Mastery: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to effortlessly and gracefully facilitate any NLP topic without relying on notes or handouts.
• Superior Rapport and Engagement Skills: Able to establish and maintain exceptional rapport with participants, ensuring high engagement throughout the training sessions.
• Voice Variation: Demonstrates skill in varying voice tone, pace, and emphasis to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
• State Management: The candidate should effectively manage their own state throughout the training, ensuring congruence and impactful presentation.
• Congruence: Maintains consistency and alignment between verbal and non-verbal communication, demonstrating authenticity and trustworthiness.
• Respectful Handling of Participants: Handles participants with utmost respect, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
